FITC via Forget the Film, Watch theTitles

The Dutch motion design and animation studio Soulbase created a powerful character-based 3D title sequence for the Amsterdam-edition of FITC - the worldwide design and technology event previously known as Flash In The Can. It took them little over two weeks to make it. Let us know what you think. Soulbase co-founder Floris Vos explains.

Bits and Pieces - expository montage

The fictional story, set in a dystopian future, depicts a broken medical system– where the cost of medicine has become so expensive it is subsidized by ultra-wealthy patrons who use the general population as a resource for younger, healthier body parts. “The film’s concept intrigued me because the story deals with issues about healthcare, homelessness, class warfare and seems part of the zeitgeist,” enthused Do.
